Five deductible options for Basic & Standard Auto: $200, $250, $500, $1000, $2500
Four co-pay options for Basic Auto: 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%

Discounts apply for anti-theft devices, defensive driving, anti-lock brakes and more
Eligible vehicles should not be older than twelve (12) years

Physical Damage Only coverage for livery vehicles
Policy written on an Owner/Driver basis. Named insured must own the vehicle and be listed as the Titled Owner

Policy is written for 12 months; one vehicle per policy, $750 Deductible
Vehicle values cannot exceed $65,000; no stretch limousines; no luxury limousines

Yellow Car
(Physical Damage Only)
Physical Damage Only coverage afforded to Yellow Medallion Cars for Single and Double Shifts
Any "for hire" vehicles dispatched from a central facility whose owner holds a franchise from the corporation or other business entity which operates such central facility; such central facility has certified to the satisfaction of the Commission that more than 90% of the central facility's "for hire" business is on a payment basis other than direct cash payment by a passenger
No stretch limousines or luxury limousines. A driver is a person who is listed on the policy, who drives a "for hire" vehicle and who is required to be licensed by the Taxi & Limousine Commission
Policy is written on an Owner/Driver basis. The insured must own and operate the insured vehicle; no more than two other drivers
Age of the insured vehicle must be new 2007, 2006 or 2005 (no older than four years)
Policy term is written on an annual basis; one vehicle per policy; for vehicle values not to exceed $65,000
Driver or drivers must have a valid and current "Hack" license

Silver Car
